These days have been filled with looking at Tulane. First, I went to their school of Business, and ogled at their live trade center. Apparently if you take the class you get to manage $2.1 million of Tulane's endowment and play with it. Obviously you're trying to make more monnehs from it, but hey. It's still freaking awesome. This was Tuesday. After that, I went swimming and swam 17 laps in their awesome pool. I'm still as fat and weighty as ever, however. It's pretty depressing. And I've had this huge craving for sweets lately... France has ruined me. I had dumplings for dinner and boy were they tasty. Anyways...

Yesterday, I had this huge tour of Tulane; the basic campus one that everyone gets. It lasted from 9am to about lunchtime, and it was pretty cool. The dorms are pretty nice. The whole school was renovated after Katrina and looks totally awesome. It'd be perfect if the weather weren't so icky. After the tour dad and I went to lunch at the cafeteria, where I pigged out on a huge slice of pizza, a huge bowl of salad with huge servings of tuna on the side, along with peach cobbler for dessert. Then, I went to work for a few hours (nothing really happened since my boss and supervisor weren't there... >.>) and then hit the pool again where I met Sevvie. (no idea how to spell it... ^_^;;) I decided that I wasn't going to swim any laps because I got this major headache, so I just hung around the non-lappie part of the pool with these awesome diving flippers and float boards. I met this freshman (in high school) named Sevvie. He was pretty cool... we chatted for awhile. He came with this girl though... she kept on glaring at me, mainly because he was totally checking me out and showing off with his little underwater handstands every five minutes. xD It was kind of flattering, and definitely a confidence booster, especially after fattening up and gaining like, 20 lbs from France. Yes, I finally weighed myself at the swimming place. It was horrible.

So... today. I went to the Liberal Arts school place and talked to a counselor/advisor person. She was so nice, oh my Lorrie was she nice. She gave me a run-through of how the university works, and all the class requirements, and oh my freaking Lorrie there is so much room for electives!!! Which totally blows my mind away with its awesomeness. I'm totally excited, and am thinking of going into Liberal Arts for my major, with a minor in Legal Studies in Business. With a double major (maybe biology for my second?) and a minor, I still have about 10 classes open for electives. How exciting is that? If the weather here wasn't so horrible, and the university ranking isn't so low, I'd totally go here and not even consider other schools. HOWEVER. That is not the case. x_X Although I'd totally pick here over Davis if these two are the only schools I get into (I hope not).

So, I'm skipping swimming today because daddy-o doesn't want to go and I'd feel bad if I dragged him over there just because I wanna swim like, 5 laps and waste some time in the non-lappie parts, so I'll just do some aerobic exercises at home... sit-ups and leg thingies sound nice... I really need to work off the fat in those areas x_X

Well... that's about it... I felt horrible last night, slept the minute I got home and skipped dinner as well as breakfast this morning. Ate an awesome quesadilla for lunch today... I've got leftovers for dinner right now, even though I'm not hungry at all. And today, Matt said my phone sounds like a frog. xD It was on vibrate, and I've set it to the vroom-vroom-vroom ... vroom-vroom-vroom ... setting, and I guess he thought it was a frog at first. I didn't even notice it until he was like, "is that someone's phone? o.O" It was funny, but a little embarrassing... xD Oh, and for those of you who don't know... Matt is the college guy who also works in the lab with me. Although I rarely get to see/talk to him cuz I work with my supervisor, and we do different stuff. I saw him lots today, it was really exciting. Yes... he's not bad looking at all. I'm pleased. I'll post a piccie when I get one. I'm still trying to devise a way to get a shot and not seem like a raving lunatic. We'll see...

So after work today, I showed my dad all 700 some pictures I took in France and screwed swimming. It was very fun... xD He even admitted the guy I sat next to on the airplane looked nice. :D

Anyways... I'm off to dinner now... the leftovers smell very good... :P After dinner it's more tv... I hope Hannah Montana isn't on again... x_X oh well, I can always laugh at her acting if worst comes to worst. But the icky songs always gets stuck in my head. No offense to her or anything, she's fine... I'm just not a fan. At all. And then there are the Jonas Brothers. WTF. Kaulitz twins are SO much hotter. And Bill sings SO much better. The only reason why I even remotely like the Jonas Brothers is because they admitted TH was awesome and declared themselves fans. :D Which made me a very happy little girl. ^_^

Okay... end of tangent and blog entry... ^_^;;; sorry about that... xD
