wow...
So, nothing really interesting happened today, except for dinner.

The rest of the day was just... yeah. Horrible time getting up, skipped lunch, did more defections and cell culture splitting, etc. I got to see the results of the defection I did the day before, and my cute little cells were glowing green! It was exciting. xD

So, anyways. For dinner dad took me to this place called Ralph's on the Park or something like that. It's this really high class restaurant that is hecka expensive but oh so delicious. I had turtle soup for an appetizer (I tried my dad's oysters too) and both were delicious. Turtle isn't actually too bad; although there was some beef or pork mixed in, so it could have been that. Anyways... for my entree I got a blackened redfish (basically grilled redfish with all this seasoning and spices on top) with a crabcake on the side. Absolutely amazing. Here's a picture of it:

I was so excited about all the food that I forgot to take pictures of the appetizers and desserts. For dessert dad and I shared some bread pudding with caramel and cream syrup... I can't remember the name. It was like, creamilicious bread pudding or something like that. It was fantastic!!! Although totally not what I expected from my past experiences with pudding, aka the vanilla, tapioca, and chocolate flavored jell-o pudding you get at Safeway or something. But still very delicious. We also ordered this lemon icebox creme brulee, which was absolutely fantastic. A little sweeter than the one I had in France, but still very delicious nonetheless. The little bit of lemony flavor was a really nice twist.

And... that's about it. There goes all my calorie burning and exercising from the past two days... ugh. We spent about 2 1/2 hours at the restaurant, so by the time we were done eating, the pool had already closed, so I didn't go to the gym today. X_X My tummy is about twice as big as it normally is now. Instead of looking like I'm 4 months pregnant, I look like I'm about going into my 6th or 7th month. x_X It's REALLY flattering. Every girl should try it sometime. Really. *dies* I'm almost afraid of going out into public.

Loves with tears ~
